May 2024: It's Almost Summer!☀️

Hi, Practice Families!👋

We know, we know– it’s the craziest time of year (but at least now we’re done with Maycember?!).  Remember, take a few deep breaths– we’re almost there.

I’m going to keep this short (because I know that you’re probably up to your ears in email already from your kids’ schools 😂)— but I’m excited to announce that our team is rolling out one-time parent consultations as a new service this summer, and we’d love to serve and support YOU.  Scroll down for details— and don’t miss this chance to connect with one of our experienced providers for a one-off or short term consultation to troubleshoot whatever parenting question or challenge is on your mind this summer.

In the meantime, here are a few gems that are carrying me through the end of the year…

Wishing you all a smooth and speedy end to the school year– we’ll hope to have the chance to support your family this summer!

Warmly,

Nina Kaiser, Ph.D.

INTRODUCING

Short-Term Summer Support for Parents and Kids

Great news! 🙌

Experienced therapists at Practice San Francisco are available for one time or short-term parent strategizing and support during the summer ahead!

Here’s how we can help…

  • Have you been wondering if you should get professional input about a challenge you as a parent or your kid may be facing?

  • Do you want personalized input on strategies you can try at home this summer to better support your specific kid and help them grow?

  • Are you looking for feedback on how to best use the summer to set your child or teen up for success this coming fall?

  • Do you want help in crafting a technology plan for your child and family?

  • Do you wish that you could get another set of eyes on your child or teen’s previous assessment to help you better understand results and recommendations?

  • Do you want some tips and strategies that will help you better connect and communicate with your tween or teen?

  • Do you and your co-parent disagree about a specific parenting issue or challenge?

Whether you’re concerned about sibling rivalry, anxiety, emotion regulation, behavior challenges, social relationships, mood, general resilience, managing stressors or life changes, or just want a gut check about how you’re parenting or whether or not you should be concerned about your kid, we’re here for you this summer.

Meet with our experienced therapists for a single or short-term consultation to get professional input and valuable resources– or troubleshoot something on your mind over a handful of sessions using an iterative development process. We will come up with a plan together, you go home and test it out, then come back and we’ll shape the plan further depending on how things went!

Take a look below to meet the therapists on our team who are providing one-time or short-term consultation services this summer!
