Mighty Minds (K-2) – Winter/Spring 2025 (MV)

$925.00

5-Week Clinical Group
Mill Valley Location

February 27 - March 27, 2025
Every Thursday | 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Group led by Logann Haworth, LMFT and Ella Kauffman, APCC

In Mighty Minds, our skilled clinicians and experienced support staff utilize evidence-based cognitive behavioral strategies that support kids’ ability to regulate their emotions. We help them learn how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected and practice mindfully paying attention to what is going on in their bodies and minds, noticing and labeling emotions as they occur. We integrate research-based emotional regulation skills with fun, experiential games and activities that connect kids’ interests to make the material compelling and engaging.

Plus, we’ll give parents concrete tips and strategies to help their kids apply the concepts they learn in the group and continue growing even after their Mighty Minds sessions!

This program is for any kid and will arm your kid with the coping skills they need to weather the ups and downs of life with resilience, persistence, and self-awareness.
