Attention all middle-school-aged adolescents! We invite you to join us for 10 sessions focused on learning and practicing important skills to navigate social dynamics. We understand that middle school can be challenging in this regard, and we're here to help!

The Middle School Series: Navigating Social Dynamics aims to help you understand how social relationships affect us and how we can affect our own social relationships. Our discussions cover various types of social relationships, provide tips on making and keeping friendships, and recognize healthy versus unhealthy friendship characteristics. In our sessions, we acquire useful techniques to create and uphold healthy boundaries. We also explore ways to mend broken friendships and improve communication. Additionally, we learn how to handle stress and anxiety during social interactions. We strive to empower each participant to navigate social interactions, maintain healthy relationships, improve their well-being, build resilience, and boost self-esteem.
